Over 2 years ago I started this guild with one simple goal, having fun. I think we accomplished that when Cata started and carried it through to the very end. For those that don't know Absolute has closed shop, our raiding days are unfortunately over. With the loss of most of our core raiders and founding members to real life I felt it was time for me to hang it up. The recruitment on Eldre'thalas is about as lively as a grave yard and it just did not seem possibe to continue on. I don't know if I'll continue playing on a super casual level, possibly pvp'n or canceling my subscription.
However, I will be keeping this website active and running for the foreseeable future. I would really love for everyone to keep in touch using the site. You all have become a second family to me and I really enjoy your company. I never imagined we would get as far and reach as high as we did, but you guys made it possible. The past few years have been the most enjoyable of my 8 years in WoW and I can't thank you enough for that.
I wish each and everyone of you the best on your journey through life.

After only 27 attempts Absolute defeats Heroic Madness of Deathwing and locks in Realm 4th. A solid finish to our first expansion as a guild. As the GM of Absolute I couldn't be more proud of how far we have come. Thank you all for the hard work. Now for some well deserved chill time as we wait for Mists of Pandaria.

Our very own Kireon made the front page of DEAzeroth the popular mog blog, home to the "Mogfather" himself Keelhaul. This was from the X-Mog contest Absolute hosted not long ago where we paid out 150,000g in prizes. Our guest judges from the "WoW Factor Team" came out to the event and took notice of Kireons set while we were judging.
